I hope these reviews are read by any management personnel. Tonight I came to try to have a pleasant dinner, I was welcomed by the only person at the counter who was attending the drive through, when I asked about the large burgers I was used to see before the pandemic. The answer was, in a rude manner, they are there, I asked where? Again with the same demeanor, what do you want? I left my party order while I searched for what I wanted, and this person, try to close the transaction, asking 3 times is that all? The closest fast food to my house. I have eaten here often for decades.I know what I am getting. I did drive through and I have done dine in many times over the years.
Good burgers, 2 for $6.99 right now, and shakes taste great. Just they made my order wrong Customer service is much better, than before.
