I had an awful experience at this restaurant due to terrible customer service. I placed an order through their mobile app, but when I arrived, they refused to give me my order, claiming they didn’t have it, even though my card had already been charged. I tried to show my receipt and asked to speak with a manager, but I was dismissed and told to call the police since I wasn't going to get my food. I remained polite the entire time, simply wanting either my food or a refund. When the police got involved, the staff suddenly had my food ready, which had apparently been prepared for over 40 minutes since my arrival. 1st They Over charged me by $3.18 which I went back to reclaim...Chicken Sandwiches were cold after being told I want Extra Hot freshly made Sandwiches plus had a lot of groddy nerve ...It Was Disgusted.. Did Not Get my Hot Fires...also fries were mediocre..Luke warm uggh!! Senior coffee was Bitter Luke warm..Never again!! and I wondered why they were dead at Lunch hours 1:10pm
Disappointing experience at Carl's Jr.! Considering their prices, I expected much better food quality and presentation. The burger was a complete mess and unfortunately upset my stomach. The menu did not live up to my expectations.
