Was happy with this location. The price on the board compared to the price I paid was different. I paid $0.90 more than the price advertised. When I got my food...I was missing the fries and my burger was burnt. The store was busy at all so not surewhy there was a rush that made my burger burnt and forgetting to give my fries. Not happy...never going back to Carl's in anylocation again. Nothing positive to say for this location.
I do not often leave reviews for fast food. Fast food is fast food. But I was in the Yorba Linda area of Salt Lake City visited my brother, and twice I went to this Carl's Jr. Both times I went through the drive-thru, and the guy worked there was fantastic. Very friendly and thorough with my order. I wish I had his name, so I could say something personal about how well I thought. I really appreciate it.
I just wanted to share my experience at Carl's Jr. this past weekend. I ordered food for my family, and right when we arrived, the cashiers greeted us with big smiles. The restaurant was spotless, and I felt right at home, especially because of the friendly way they welcomed us. The cashier took my order perfectly, just as I requested. If only all cashiers were like her! I will definitely return.
I placed my order while on the road, and although there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff remained friendly and professional despite the high volume of customers. One team member, Lorena, was especially helpful; she read my order back to me to ensure everything was correct before handing me my food, which made me very satisfied. Book a table now
In the drive thru with no one behind me, I was quickly asked to go wait in the parking lot, and they were in such a hurry to have me move that they forgot to give me one of my drinks. I went inside to get it and after waiting I was given a cup and wasasked to go pour the drink myself.
They prepared the fried zucchini in dirty cooking oil until it was hard and everything they touched was full of grease stains, very greasy. I threw them in the trash because they were brown instead of a nice golden color.
The food was freshly made to order, which is not something you typically find with fast food. The service was friendly as well.
