Ambiance was loud, noodles were swinging, waiters were smiling, I was livinggg. The food was so good and portions were on the larger side. I would skip the lamb skewer because it was a bit tough. The cold noodle appetizer could've easily been my entree. The soup dumplings had a good amount of soup in them and I believe only 1 or 2 had popped before they got to the table. The ramen broth, which was the miso was super flavorful and not extremely fatty. The pork chashu MELTEDDD. SOME OF THE BEST IVE EVER HAD. if you like it thinly sliced and really fatty. And the service was so friendly, they were giving me good vibes all around and were super attentive.
If you love noodles, you must try this place. They have chef making noodles on the side. You can see how they make noodles over the glass windows. Their beef noodle soup is so good. You can choose different types of noodles. The service is good and serve fast. They also opened up few other different locations. Ambiance is simple and clean, very comfortable dining place. There are few outside patio dining tables available. Price is reasonable. My kids love their beef noodle soup (non-spicy).Parking is inside the shopping center. Easy to find parking.

A nice touch is that they use wooden spoons and chopsticks. I really appreciate that, even though I suspect it might be less sanitary than metal or plastic options, as they seemed to be reused rather than disposable. It didn’t bother me personally, but it might be a consideration for some. The staff was attentive and friendly, with no issues at all.
Will I return? Absolutely. Should you give it a try if you're a fan of Asian noodle places? Definitely!

this place are making noodles from scratch, definitely we 'll be coming back to this place to eat different dishes. the food is taste great you 'll have to take time eating your noodles or it 'll get sloppy. the service is good, the waiter will ask you whattexture of noodles you 'll want. we ate dinner here and it 's pack I think is 'cause it 's weekend. the restaurant is small youhave the option if you want inside or outside.
I visited the noodle spot in Irvine and I prefer this one. We ordered our usual dishes, and I’m not sure if we were just really hungry or if the flavors were more pronounced this time. The service staff was extremely attentive, and our food was served quickly. They also have some outdoor seating available. For the noodle dishes, you can choose the type of noodle, and we especially love the knife-cut noodles.
I highly recommend the Korean BBQ rice dish. Overall, this restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. While it might not be an explosion of flavors, you will definitely leave feeling satisfied. I especially appreciate that all the meat (except for the pork, of course) is Halal. Dietary restrictions: Halal meat.
