So, I decided to order a three-layer cake for my wife's birthday, which was supposed to be tres leches, choco flan, and cheesecake. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars! It's incredibly unprofessional. We ordered a cake over two weeks ago and went to pick it up on the day of the party. I waited in line for 45 minutes, even though we had already paid in full. When I finally reached the cashier, she asked if I had received the toys and decorations. We said no, and when she checked in the back, she returned to tell us that there were no decorations available for our cake. We were genuinely shocked and extremely disappointed. Be aware if you bought a vanidoso cake on 02/26/2022 and got sick it is because the cake was raw, I noticed right away after I cut mine so I took it back to the bakery but they refused to give me my money back, unbelievable!!!! they accepted that a lot of cakes were sold in the same day and baked in the same batch but even though they know that the cakes could be raw they continued selling it, they didn’t remove it from the shelves, the customer service was the worst, nobody takes responsibility, no manager or supervisor or someone who can solve the problem

I have ordered cakes from this bakery multiple times and have never been disappointed! The cakes are truly delicious, especially the three-layer Conquistador cake, which is always a favorite at my events. While the cakes taste fantastic, the presentation is a bit simple. The decorations aren’t overly elaborate, but the staff member who assists me with my orders always informs me whether my desired decorations can be accommodated. Overall, I highly recommend this bakery!
I absolutely love this place! I've been a regular for 13 years. It's a quaint little bakery, and their bread and cakes are truly delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. While most of the employees speak only Spanish, if you don't understand the language and find it challenging, that's something to consider. However, I've always found the staff to be helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this bakery!
I had the Vanidoso cake for nephews birthday. This cake is unforgettable. If you have not tried it you are missing something special. My friend was taco lady at nephews birthday and has been asking me for telephone number for two years. Finally got my sister to give me the grandmother telephone number to get bakery phone number and address. Now I want to order Vanidoso cake for my birthday.
The cakes are ok. They use to be better but the decorations sucks. Definitely not worth paying extra. Holes in the cake. Never again will I buy here. Plus the customer service when you tell them they try to blame you.
