Carvel - Table reservation

Had an extremely disappointing experience here! Will not be back! I was told that Jared was the person to go to for a special ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. So I made time, went in, and told him what I wanted. He said he couldn't because he was too busy. So he said we can do something else. He asked if I wanted a screen printed cake. I said absolutely not! And he proposed a different idea that I thought sounded good. He charged me $60 for this cake, but it seemed worth it to have such a special cake. I came in to pick it up on my way to the party, and was given precisely what I said I didn't want!! A screen printed cake!! The person helping me could see how upset I was, and admit...

Doesn't matter if it's a birthday, holiday or just because we get all our ice cream cakes from here. The ice cream is always delicious, but we're really impressed with the attention to detail on the specialty cakes. Our son loves Spiderman, and his cake did not disappoint. Even Spidey himself agreed. Next up was my birthday. What better way to celebrate a 45th birthday than a cake of our 45th president (with my face).

They were pretty patient with my group where we had 4 young kids who wanted to try a lot of flavors. It does get crowded and hard to maneuver around if you are with more than 2 people with no seating area inside or out.

By far my favorite Carvel! They were amazing and getting together a last minute birthday cake for my daughters party. Can’t say enough good things.
