Ordered a vanilla milkshake. Walked out, took a few sips and found it to be tasteless with a whip cream consistency. I went back and asked what kind of ice cream they used (soft or hard) and he said soft serve. I didn't want soft because that's not real icecream and he said that's what they use. I didn't know that and told him he should have asked if I wanted hard ice cream or softserve. He said that all Carvel's hard ice cream is made from soft serve and that's it's all real ice cream. I doubt that just byhow that mikshake tasted. He didn't offer a refund and I gave them back the shake. I will never go there again.
We will never go to this Carvel again. They are over priced, they do not give you the full serving size that you ordered, and they are very rude. we went in there as we do routinely for buy one get one. We ordered a large, assuming that it was buy one get one, that we get one for free- but they failed to tell us is that larges are included in the buy one get one. They didn?t even apologize about it. No sign or anything. I will never ever go back to this Carvel again.
This a great little Carvel spot! The owners are super nice. Really great people. They take care of their customers and their store. The place is always clean. They work fast and get you what you need quickly. Plenty of flavors to choose from and a great ice cream cake selection as well. It's right on the corner of Depot Square, so you can't miss it. You won't be disappointed here.
The shop is clean, and the staff is friendly. The ice cream is tasty, but the owner tends to be a bit stingy with the portions, as the cups aren't filled to the top. It leaves me feeling like I'm not getting my money's worth. While the quality is decent, the prices have increased significantly, and he seems quite willing to raise them.

Guy was acting very rude just because i asked ?why he?s charging me 6 dollars if it says small thick shake $4.69? he really answered ?dont you see the 75 there? HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW? I dont care about the 75 but dont try tricking people and then make me look like im the stupid one for not seeing that small random 75
I grew up enjoying this ice cream, which my dad referred to as custard. It's incredibly addictive and always tastes amazing. The staff is dedicated, available seven days a week, and attentive to customers at all hours. The store is also very clean.
I haven't visited this Carvel in years, and this time the vanilla crunch tasted a bit stale. Shortly after eating it, I experienced some severe digestive issues. It seems their ice cream isn’t fresh or up to par. I won't be coming back.
Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, Carvel was always a staple for our family. This location in Tuckahoe is great. Chocolate dipped cones, but my favorite in the summer is a scoop of the lime sherbert topped with the vanilla soft serve

The strawberry shortcake sundae was absolutely delightful! The only downside was that I asked for chocolate sprinkles, but I received chocolate crunchies instead. Other than that, it was fantastic!
