in order to compete with the bar/restaurants in the opposite, quaker steak has made a special effort. we came for a few drinks at the cash after a few Saturday start. the personal was very friendly at the door, but the place just got incredibly down. the kitchen area is a visible chaos (clothed, dirty and just an eye-catcher) and the area behind the sad apology for a bar was just dirty! I was with some big hooters (colorado springs) and this proves only that the whole chain needs a HUGE overhaul. I'm sorry.
had a horrible experience in August at the Broad St. Hooters in Richmond Virginia.They got our order wrong. Then overcharged us. Our side order of cheese for the fries was less than half full. To top it off I had never seen such small wings at hooters.So i did as the owner requested and filled out the form on their website. weeks later, no reply. I guess they don't really care about making it right.
Christina was amazing, excellent customer service while dealing with a ton of customers at the same time. I literally watched her serve several customers at the bar while she was on the phone with IT for point of sale at the same time. She is most definitely representing that company in the most professional way that you possibly can. A1 service!!!
Is this dump under new management or something? I mean, the girls are still friendly (but no where near as cute). The food is horribly inconsistent these days. The service is sketchy at best. There was a long period when this place was as nice as when it first opened, but not lately.

Very friendly staff. The food was great, I say the best of Hooters. There were only three waitresses. We expected a little more fun atmosphere, but it was great anyway.
If you order wings and pay extra for Celery and Dip, but they give you the old Celery they cut them a few days ago.... these places are really good for nothing.
The food is cold. Fries are soggy. Everything in the entire restaurant is sticky. It takes forever to get your cold food out. Mixed drinks taste terrible.

The service has always been good after a nascar race. Not sure why not a waitress sitting there on my table after 30 minutes. I'm up and down.
the service is great! none of the wings can be gluten-free, but the salads are huge and delicious. French fries are also gluten-free!
