after the working months for this company, I can honestly say that this was the least professionally run business I have ever worked for. I was removed from the timetable because I was released to report to the owner a case of harassment. I told the owner after one of his hired (willy) had thrown out his wut (sally) that she had weeped. all this happened in the midday with a lobby full of customers, which makes this a big problem in my eyes. My recent visit here was disappointing to say the least. First off, I may have been overcharged for my meal (Sub, fries drink), being charged for a 12 sub instead of the 8 that I actually ordered. I should have questioned this at the time, but didn't catch until after the fact. Second, the customer service was subpar. The cashier seemed to had an attitude, and also forgot to give me my cup for a drink, so when I asked another other employee behind the counter for a cup, he also got an attitude with me. Also, the fries were burnt and overcooked. Based on my experience, I don't plan on visiting this establishment in the future.
I've been there before. I've been wondering about my Burger medium every time. it was consistently perfectly cooked every visit. the service was great. I ordered to go twice, and I ate twice. both commanded were ready when I got there, and my sit down orders were ready fast. if they compare it with apples, a wendy’s baconator combo is over and is fast eating. four brothers cost less for a much better, handmade from scratchburger, and homemade pommes too!
both orders were made wrong, the soda machine did not work properly, so our softdrinks were syrupy, and eating looks significantly better than it tastes. the burgers and pommes were bland and insignificant. you can get a better puppy at five youngs, and for half the price will not come back.

I had a older lady help me one time she was pleasant. Other than that I’ve had bad customer service experience at this place sad because they have decent food. Especially from the skinny guy left my food on the counter went to the back and said nothing.
Great Service! Great food. We showed up unexpectedly with our track team athletes and parents. The Four Brothers crew did an outstanding job with all the orders making sure everyone got their order right. I highly recommend this place.
a sandwich with steak ordered and it took place with huh. both my sandwiches should come with pommes and not. it was not at any time close at 16 o'clock so I am confused by such mistakes because now I was wasting money
eating was really good and so was the service. the fries are the best at this place. I would get another cheese steak and the buffalo wings. I wait to come back

We had the gyro, falafel, and black bean burger. Everyone enjoyed the food and loved the fries.
