We went for my adult daughters birthday, it was mediocre, Server came took drinks order about 1 min later another one came for food order, then hot food came out luke warm, they bought the meat round in the beginning very fast then when one of the party asked for chicken hearts they said just cooking 20 mins that was not an issue but they never came to our table again. One of the staff spilt a whole glass of coke down my daughter he did get nudged by a customer and he did try and clear up as best as he could. The manager reluctantly gave us her meal for a kids price and 3 drinks free... the staff where spending more time talking at the cooking area. To be honest I think it is overpriced for...
Not a Brazilian thing. Sorry, only banana and Guaraná was something like you will find inBrazil. Feijoada and Brazilian rice? Forget about it! WE DON t USE this amount of CURRY IN OUR FOODS IN BRAZIL. Feijoada was more oil than beans. Rice? Brazilian rice is not yellow with green beans? Maybe a confusion with Arroz a Grega.Not in my world. Another thing, all people serving the tables kind of not liking to serve. A tried to give more tips to see some smiles, but no. From several Brazilian restaurants in UK, I will never recommend it. Still with the bad flavor of the meat in my head. Even seeing the charcoal oven, appears that was done in microwave.
We experienced a slight delay after ordering our sides and drinks, which felt longer than it was due to our hunger. Watching servers pass by with skewers of meat for other tables made our mouths water. However, once our sides arrived, we were pleased with the generous portion. We liked the small card provided to let servers know when we needed a break, as they promptly filled our plates with tasty meat. The cocktails were delicious and generously sized. Despite the small desserts, we were too full from the main course to mind. If you have to pick just one dessert, I suggest trying the rice pudding.
The appetizers were served cold and poorly made. The meat skewers had very little meat and were overcooked. The server appeared disinterested and clumsily placed the meat on the table. A loud group of diners at a nearby table were using profanity and being rowdy. Some of the options we wanted were not available as they were out of stock. After waiting for an hour, we chose not to order dessert. The server, wearing a black shirt, handed us the bill while talking on the phone and seemed uninterested in serving us. We have no plans to return to this restaurant.

We went to Casa Brazil for my husbands birthday meal, there was 6 of us in total and we travelled about 1 and a half hours to get there! We had a wonderful experience, my husband has asked me to mention Zack specifically as he went above and beyond to make sure we had a special evening! Thank you Zack! All of the staff were very lovely. The food is always amazing at Casa Brazil, we recommend it to all of our friends! I’d love to come more often if we lived a bit closer! But totally worth the drive!
Don't think i have ever given a 1 star review before. If you like the feeling of moody staff and an experience of a 2 star all inclusive dinner buffet in Benidorm then this is up your street. Especially if you like food served in tin foil and plastic bowls. Meat is of poor quality, sides are awful. Have been to similar style restaurants in the UK before and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately this one has just missed the mark completely.
We came for a last minute double date tonight and received amazing service and delicious food. All of the staff were wonderful and made our night special. Thank you to everyone working, this is definitely the best restaurant we have been to and we will definitely be coming back!
Great evening at this very chilled, casual restaurant. Staff always friendly and fun. Always a good night out with great cocktails and ever flowing food, great meats and good selection of starters and desserts. .Would highly recommend for an evening out.
