Hadn't been to a Casa Ole for a few years, but we took our group of 7 to the location in central mall. We were seated immediately and the waitress was fairly attentive. She kept most of our drinks filled, but forgot to refill waters. I couldn'thelp but notice that she took all 7 of our orders without writing anything down. I don't know if she forgot or if the chef did,but they served several of my friends food they were allergic to, over simply not taking or getting the order correctly. Theydid so much right, but serving food that the customer has said they are allergic to is a big problem. Thankfully, everyoneinvolved was able to find relief before they reacted too badly, but I am not sure...

While they did many things right, serving dishes that customers are allergic to is a serious issue. Although we were the only two customers waiting at the door and half the restaurant was empty, it still took over 10 minutes to be seated while staff stood nearby chatting and watching us. After finally being seated, it took nearly 20 minutes before anyone took our order, and when the food arrived, it was wrong. When we informed the waitress, she insisted that’s how the dish was served. It took two more waitresses before she agreed to fix the order. Unfortunately, the replacement dish arrived with unmelted cheese and fajita meat that wasn’t cut.
First time trying the wet burrito and I've been going to Casa Ole for over 30 years..... it was soooo good, I made myself sick over eating!!! Only con is that after being sat at the table NOONE came over to provide service. We had to go flag a waitressdown to help up. We're waited for 10 minutes before doing this..

The staff were friendly and the food was great! They went out of their way to change tables for me when my pregnant belly made it uncomfortable at the original one. Very considerate and accommodating service!
Casa Ole offers great food cooked to perfection. The waitress was fantastic, and my wife loved the menu, so you know it was outstanding! We will definitely be coming back.
Lovely staff and good food! They were even nice enough to let us move tables when my pregnant belly didn't fit in the booth. Nice and accommodating to customer!
I love me some casa ole. However, their prices are starting to get ridiculously high for the amount of food you get on your plate.
