I absolutely adore this restaurant and its location. They offer the most delicious and healthy bowls. I tried the falafel bowl, which came with mixed greens, lentils, Greek olives, feta, avocado, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, and a variety of delightful Middle Eastern toppings, all bursting with fantastic flavors. The juice bar is also excellent. Every employee I encountered was friendly and hardworking. The atmosphere was perfect for sitting back and enjoying my lunch in a relaxing setting.
My first visit to cava. really a fantastic Mediterranean joint. I had a chicken bowl with all the toppings except olives, because olives are gross ya know? anyhow I was incredibly impressed by the flavor profile, very fill and delicious. the food was fresh and didn't seem to have sat around for awhile. it was fast, convient, and clean. I liked the cookie and the pita was ok. next time I'll only get the meal.
