ammerschwhir is the first wine-growing town in the high rhin, inhabited since the bronze age. Over the centuries, the bougade turned into a city, and it was in 1534 that it had its golden age. It's the nice little restaurant and excellent as we love them! there is a wine-grower to fall served very much. everything is done home and we return every year with the same pleasure. the owner who is a winemaker makes you discover his fine and delicate wines, he serves you even the dishes that his wife discreetly concocts in his kitchen. this couple gets you with a big smile, the boss is happy to joke with his charming Alsatian accent. Beautiful typical setting in a beautiful village. everything is excellent: from the torched pie to the very tender meat. dessert from the region. choice is limited but of high quality. welcoming patron who advises you of good wines.
This is a gem in Strasbourg. It is also in an excellent location. The food was exceptional and the staff was great. I will recommend this to friends and family.
