We enjoyed our evening the service was excellent and the living room well presented and cozy. For us the downside was the very low lighting in the dining room it was hardly possible to see what you were eating. The food was good but at the set price not overall excellent with its rather limited menu mains fish, chicken, lamb and steak). The mid quality wines were on the expensive side.
We ate in the restaurant twice while staying. There was an intimate atmosphere and excellent presentation with attention to detail. There was an above average menu and the food was well cooked. Cheeseboard highly recommended. It was a special occasion and the hotel pulled out the stops.
The food and service was faultless when we visited. Theres an excellent range of wines to choose from, and a good variety of choice on the menu. I would definitely come back on our next visit to the lakes.
Everything was excellent. We were made to feel special and looked after so well. I can’t find a single fault.
