My wife and I went to this deli for the first time and were treated so poorly!! The lady and guy behind the deli counter were so incredibly rude and nasty. I've never ever been treated like that at a deli. All we did was ask for a few min to decide what we wanted and got such a nasty attitude from the older woman and then a guy started to take our order and got angry and nasty because he had to write our order 4 times. I will never ever go here again and will tell all my friends, family and Co workers about our horrible experience!! They lost what would've been 2 great, weekly customers!!
I've been coming here for years because it's conveniently located. When they get the order right, the sandwiches are fantastic. However, when the order is incorrect, it can be quite disappointing. There are a few long-time staff members that I hope will take my order. One downside is that there's no clear indication of where the line starts and ends, which adds to the deli's chaotic charm. Edit: After moving to Albany, I've realized how much I miss this place. There’s nothing up there that can compare to their bagels or breakfast sandwiches.
I had a great experience at this restaurant on my first visit. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan to eat here again whenever I'm in the area. The Cubano sandwich was impressive, featuring an unexpected kick from the jalapeños, which I loved, and the thinly sliced meat was perfect. The hero bread was large and had a nice crispy outside with a chewy interior, making it an excellent complement to any sandwich. The older, petite lady with glasses provided attentive service and was fantastic.

This deli is pretty solid and has quite a loyal customer base. It often gets crowded. I've had their breakfast sandwiches and coffee more times than I can count. I recently visited for the first time in a few years, and it was just as good as I remembered. Just keep in mind that it's not inexpensive.
Usually a nice size line hereIt moves quickly always fresh delicious bagels and Bialys. They have all sorts of different bagels. Asiago and cheddar , bacon cheddar Bagels. Their bagels Twists are super fluffy. Say hi to Maureen behind counter she is awesome!
This is my go-to deli. Everything is fresh, there are plenty of options, and there are many staff members behind the counter to ensure you don't have to wait long.
That's really the best deli. Good ole reliable. Always put in trouble and ALWAYS comes delicious. 10/10 would recommend and will return.

Sure bagels are good,etc....but place needs a landscape job near curb,makes place look uninviting.
