I have always enjoyed Centrellas, frequently ordering sandwiches and catering from them. However, I was disappointed when they had to close for renovations after the fire. Unfortunately, when I called today, I was met with a rude response. The staff member who answered said, "We're too busy for more orders today. You should have called yesterday since we have so many catering orders." I found this unhelpful, and I would have preferred not to receive a response at all. I’m planning to cater a large party in February, but I will definitely be exploring other options. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.
I recently relocated back to the area and couldn't wait to have an actual authentic hoagie. I chose Roast Beef Swiss with sweet peppers (nonexistent in South Florida as are Hoagies). So happy and grateful that I waited until I could order from here. Established in 1975 and still going strong! I love the ambiance of the store itself, and all the deliciousness at my fingertips. We ordered Centrella’s for my son’s first birthday and everyone raved about the food. They came to our party location, set up all the food stations, and provided serving utensils. We will definitely be ordering from here again. The only downside was that they gave us too much food. We had a party of 60 and it would of easily fed 90.
Really good Hoagies and a superb corned beef special. The bread on the hoagie was excellent and they weren't skimpy on the meat either. If you're used to it chain then this will be a pleasant surprise their Italian hoagie and their tuna Hoagie are excellent

Mondays just got better! Pasta and meatballs served hot at Centrella's on Monday! The amount you want...And dinner is done! Let's hope this becomes a regular event! Thanks for a great idea AJ!
I truly appreciate this place for its local, hometown atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent value. I'll definitely be returning, and I might just try a roast beef hoagie next time!
