Wow, the potato balls are so good! They’re crispy on the outside, so flavorful with a good amount of meat, not salty definitely delicious! The employees were very efficient and super friendly. There was a long line when I got there but the wait was worth it. They have a limited menu due to kitchen issues, so today (Sunday morning) there were only empanadas (beef, chicken curry and veggie), potato balls and coffee/beverages. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. It was my first time there, so I was unsure of what to order. The friendly staff helped me with all my questions, and I ended up trying the empanadas and potato balls. My favorite was the chicken curry empanada, although the Cuban one was a close second. The potato balls were cheesy, crispy, and satisfying. There were so many options on the menu that I can't wait to come back and try more. I would say this place is on par with Porto's, if not even better!
We arrived minutes to closing, the time they start to transition to take out. However, the server was kind and allowed us to stay and rushed our order to the kitchen. I recently tried the potato balls at Obra Bakery in Long Beach, and they were absolutely delicious! The perfect blend of flavors and the texture was spot on. The overall experience was delightful, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the potato balls if you visit. Can’t wait to go back for more!
Great place with a fantastic staff. The food never disappoints. We ordered some new items and they were delicious. Highly recommend the gaucho chicken, empanadas and their plantains. But can’t go wrong with any of it. I forget the dish I ordered but I believe it was the Peruvian chicken plate
