To be honest. First time I was there. It did not feel like a good friendly vibe. The man who was working the back where we were just looked unhappy and when I was ordering seem to make me feel like I was bothering him with my order. I ordered the basic set up but I was far from being impressed. The salad felt like it had been sitting there for a good long while. You would be able to throw it at a wall and it would have stuck. It was extremely limp with no real favor at all. My salsa and soup were good. The bread was dried. Other people at my table which got steaks said they were not good and were very dry. I am not sure if would go back. There was something else too? I do hate to mention it...
The food here is fantastic; everything is perfectly seasoned, and the dishes are truly delightful. The service is exceptional, treating every guest like family and always attentive to our needs. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food offered. While the lighting may be a bit dim, the delicious food and warm service manage to brighten the atmosphere.
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try Basque cuisine!
I love, love, love this place. ALL of the staff there are very friendly and outstanding servers. I'm never disappointed in the food. Their steaks, pork chops a la creme and vegetable soup are some of my favorites. Bartenders are also very awesome! Love the Chalet family!
Cannot recommend highly enough, great food, great staff,great location. What more can you want. The food was cooked fresh to order and was scrumptious. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Good value for money.

The food was excellent, and the service was also commendable. We dined with a group of around 25 people, and there was plenty of food for everyone. I would definitely go back!
The waiter was nice. We started off with 3 dirty cups, and a dirty water jug. We then got salad which was good but we ended up having hair in our food.
The food was excellent, we talked with the owner for quite some time. Very friendly people. Definitely will be back the next time we travel through.
