The sandwiches are prepared right next to the trash, and there were flies buzzing around the food while a side dish was being prepared for a customer. The meal prep procedures are incredibly unsanitary. On top of that, the chicken looked like it should have been replaced hours ago.
The chicken at Champs Chicken was quite good. However, it seems the staff could use more training on how to prepare the chicken sandwich. The owner or manager should take a more active role in running the business instead of relying on generic, pre-written responses to reviews.
The food is rarely fresh and the cleanliness could be improved, but the taste is quite good. However, they seem to have inconsistent hours and aren't always open during their stated hours.
