If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waited more than 10 minutes just to order food with no one in front of me. The two staff members working had no urgency and no customer service skills. I finally order and they’re out of ketchup, a basic thing all food places should carry. I wait 15 more minutes for my food, I walk up to the counter to ask if my food is almost ready, the girl working there tells me she already called my number and someone took the food. I had been sitting 10 feet away waiting so I know for a fact she never called my number for my food. I showed her my receipt and told her I still haven’t gotten my food yet, she slowly goes to tell her coworker to tell him someone t...
Absolutely awful! The portion sizes are tiny for the price! I will never order from here again—I'd rather go hungry! What a disappointment! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared. I feel nauseous after only having two bites! This food should go straight in the trash! What a waste of my hard-earned money! I work three jobs and thought I'd treat myself, but never again will I come here! Don't waste your time or money!
GREAT cheesesteak, GREAT customer service! I was told to try the lemonade (which is a must have btw) however I declined. One of the very friendly staff members then offered me a little taste via a water cup, and I gotta say, that interaction was just so friendly and left a great impression! Absolutely will be coming back!Also, I had the choice between Chick-fil-A and Charley’s, and I was not disappointed!
Ray was such a great employee he Was quick to make sure I had an order in before they closed ! He was so respectful and went out of his way to providing outstanding service to not only me but other customers that were already there. Definitely had a great first time experience and will be returning soon !
