The food is pretty good because everything is made fresh. The only downside is that nothing is seasoned during cooking, which is a bit funny! However, you can add seasoning after you get your meal. It’s decent as is, but seasoning the meat while it cooks would definitely boost the flavor. Overall, it’s a reliable option when you’re in the mood for a Philly steak.
I tried the Philly cheesesteak and the gourmet cheese and bacon fries, and I was truly impressed. The steak was fantastic, and the fries were some of the best I've ever tasted. I went with the regular-sized sandwich, which was quite satisfying. Looking back, the fries were a bit indulgent, but Charleys Philly Steaks was definitely worth the trip.
Absolute perfection and good value for the money on top of that. Starting with the young lady who took our order and double-checked to make sure she got it right, to the man on the grill who made sure we got everything asked for, to the man atthe final station who topped it all off and boxed our food up neatly. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered two combos, but one of my fries was missing. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered.
I had an issue with the staff when they gave me the wrong order, and their attitude was disappointing.
