The Phillie cheese steak was bland, fries were barely cooked... The cashier was not able to take my $3 dollars off as if he did not know it was offered, while the advertisement was right in front of the cash register and I did download the app.. The lady gave me my fries with no tray as we told them it was for dine in... The atmosphere was confusing as if no one knew what the other was doing and/or acted more as individuals than a team.. the shake bottle writing was nearly clear on what spice it was, if it was even any writing.. I would have gone to get my money back but the line was so long and it took us even longer to get our food I just threw it away.. will not return to Charley's Cheese...
102423 I originally went to Popeyes to get a special that have been advertising for months on T V was told they didn't honor that at that location, so, I said SCREW Popeyes walked over to Charley's cheesesteak. I have never been here have been wanting to try it. The sandwich was very good. The fries were fantastic. The employee was very hard to understand due to her foreign accent I had to keep asking her to repeat. I asked for received a free refill on my drink. Thank you
The bread was a nice soft bread. The tomato and lettuce were nice on the sandwhiches. The meat on its own is a bit dry and bland. The fries were hot and not soggy. Not much cheese sauce on the OLD SCHOOL CHEESESTEAK. I ordered some sauce on the side for my fries so I put that on there.
the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK was delicious my only complaint is they sent my food in a cardboard box so by the time I got my fries they were soggy along with the box which broke down on me from the weight of the food inside the box. different packaging, different outcome I believe.

Good amount of Fries and the sandwich was a decent size but they must have been out of teriyaki because it only had mayonnaise on it which is why I deducted a star.
