They don't speak English and refuse to slow down and listen. I work in the mall and will often go between the options for food and Charley's can never get my order right. There is a clear language barrier between the customers and employees. While that isn't necessarily the issue, being rude to a customer when you got their order incorrect and talking badly about them in a language you think they don't understand is an issue. And to top it off you threw that sandwich together, half the cheese melted across the paper, and scurried off into the back like a coward. For that, you lost my respect and my business.
Worst location for the chain i have eaten at. Asked for a Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms. They gave me a plain one with no cheese sauce, onion, and half meat for $14. Asked where the rest of the ingredients were and the non English speaking staff could only say the words okay and enjoy which i replied i won 't. The bread was a nice soft bread. The tomato and lettuce were nice on the sandwhiches. The meat on its own is a bit dry and bland. The fries were hot and not soggy. Not much cheese sauce on the OLD SCHOOL CHEESESTEAK. I ordered some sauce on the side for my fries so I put that on there.
the PHILLY CHEESESTEAK was delicious my only complaint is they sent my food in a cardboard box so by the time I got my fries they were soggy along with the box which broke down on me from the weight of the food inside the box. different packaging, different outcome I believe.
The staff should be roofers not behind a counter. Nobody ever speaks English and can't understand what an app order is so you can't collect your food without a hassle. On a weekend they barely get customers while every other line is slammed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Good amount of Fries and the sandwich was a decent size but they must have been out of teriyaki because it only had mayonnaise on it which is why I deducted a star.
