My friend and I came to ate, we did our orders together but the cashier did even acknowledge her… then we get our food and we clearly(as shown on the screen) paid for extra cheese on the side and on our cheese fries, when I got my food I didn’t have the cheese and when I asked the woman for the cheese she ignored me so I asked in Spanish(because they were already speaking in Spanish) and Gocho is the one that was helping both ladies out, I give that man props for holding it down… but then my friend got her food and she ordered the extra cheese too and they were arguing with me about it but it was clearly on the screen, I wouldn’t ask if I didn’t have it on my receipt already… thanks
The chicken teriyaki was overly sweet, and I’m not sure why it didn’t taste good. I’ve been to other Charlie's locations, and I can't get over how sweet this sandwich was. They offer sauces on the side but don't mention there's an additional charge for them. I also think the staff could be more friendly and engaging with customers. There wasn’t a line, which I suspect is due to the food not being as good as at other locations, and the overall experience felt unwelcoming. I don't plan to return to this location. Additionally, the ketchup was darker than usual; it seemed like they might be using a cheaper brand instead of Heinz. I wasn’t impressed with this location at all.
As a fan of cheesesteaks, I have to say this one is among the best in the franchise. The staff is friendly, and the counters are clean. They serve generous portions and are quite quick with service! I’ve posted a picture of my sandwich below. It looks a bit rough, but that’s my fault for driving 30 minutes with it—it took a bit of a beating. Nevertheless, it was STILL DELICIOUS!
I had lunch at this fast food restaurant, and I must say, the quality was outstanding. The fries were fantastic and incredibly tasty. The staff took great care of me during my visit.
