The food here is still incredible - literally enjoy everything. For the safest options the pad thai and pad kee mao are sure fire hits. I also enjoyed the fish ball curry which had little apple-eggplants. Just plain delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite similar to the main restaurant in chinatown, but I think the dull randwick street sort of kills it. It doesn't quite have the same charm. The take away system is terrible and the staff was unpleasant. Ordered over phone. Was told food will be ready in mins. Got there to pick up in mins. They could not find order. After much discussion in the kitchen said food was not ready yet. Asked how long it would be at which point after further discussion in the kitchen they suddenly had the order. Asked politely what the issues was to which their female staff replied in a very rude tone We busy and an older big white guy who had been standing for about minute started physically shoving me out of the way and telling me to **** off. The staff just looked away. The food that they supposedly just finished was cold!! This is my third similar...
This is a great restaurant if you dine in be prepared to wait for over an hour at times for take-aways! The 'normal menu' is great but the gluten free one has shrunk over time. Great 'mainstream' restaurant but unable to cater for anything other than. A real pity.

This place was so busy and noisy when I came here which annoyed me.
-The crispy pork with basil: was not as crispy as I expected and its quite hard to chew it
-marinated beef: its tender and juicy
Best thai in Randwick, hands down.. This was my favourite when I lived out that way and still a fave when I visit friends.. The chili basil pork belly is amazing!

Food tastes great, shop has a nice ambience. We were told that the food would be a 25 minute wait but we came back in 10 minutes and it was ready!
