We went to Chattory around 6pm on Saturday 4th Feb 2023. We had not booked, and were the first people there, but it filled up during the course of our meal, so probably worth booking in advance. Food was amazing. We ordered tandoori paneer, tandoori salmon, mashed aubergine, mushroom saag, mushroom rice and chilli cheese naan. With two large glasses of wine each, plus tap water. All you of it was amazing, however My favourite was the paneer and the aubergines. And the cheesy naan. For dessert I had carrot halwa and ice cream the most delicious dessert ever! The halwa was warm and sweet and aromatic, perfect with the cold ice cream. Definitely recommend this restaurant great service too. 100%...
I visited here a number of years ago with my husband and friends and really don’t know why I didn’t return. I remember at the time thinking the food was exceptional. You don’t get served in the dish lots of fat/ghee that is renowned in most Indian food. The food here is amazing. All freshly prepared and cooked. We were, unfortunately, the only people in here so can’t comment on the atmosphere. We all liked the decor, very modern and bright. Nothing like a “usual looking” Indian restaurant inside. Been here a few times now and never disappointed! Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food is so delicious and I struggle to decide what to order because it all sounds amazing! Would highly recommend the fish starter, the goat curry and the breads are so thin and crisp. Finishing off the meal with a masala chai is a must and well worth the wait! Can't wait to go back again!
What a find, my friend lives just around the corner and this was her first visit. This a fairly small restaurant but very welcoming. The staff are very good and helpful but the main thing was the food which was very very good. Have been to India a lot of times and the food here was just as good. Will be going back for more.

Based on reviews from here, we called in late on a Sunday evening. It was quiet and the staff made us feel very welcome. Nice drinks, great food, like really great food. It was tasty, flavoursome and not like your regular curry house. 10/10 would recommend
The special lamb curry tonight was exceptional ! sag paneer on the side to match scooped up by the best tandoori roti's which were perfect thickness . Been going there for years but this was the absolute best ever well done Chattorey!
A family group of 8, every one of us really happy with our chosen dish. Great flavours. Naan bread the best we’ve ever had. A curry house with a unique way of doing things. Would highly recommend
Food is amazing, love the choice and flavour. Could be friendlier service and be able to pay by card, hence 4/5. Had to ask a couple of,times for table water.

Good for vegetarian options and really good prices! I will definitely recommend this place if you are anywhere near Gravesend in Kent!
