If you're in the mood for soggy fries and poor service, then Joker's on Ritchie Hwy is the place for you. You'd think that after their CEO appeared on TV, the quality would improve, but that's not the case. It seems that their primary focus is on profits rather than customer satisfaction or health. Honestly, they should consider renaming their business given their track record. I'm still waiting for a call back from them regarding my concerns.
Ordering through the app at this location was quite frustrating. However, I did receive a call from the new manager, who apologized for the service. If my complaint had been ignored, I would have rated them lower. I was assured that the experience would improve next time. I'm not certain if I'll be in the area again, but if I am, I will certainly give them another chance.
I ordered the mozzarella sticks and found them to be excessively salty. As someone with high blood pressure, I was surprised by how salty they tasted when I took a bite. Unfortunately, I was too far away to return them. This was puzzling for me, as I usually enjoy the mozzarella sticks from Checkers. Perhaps there was an error in their preparation this time.
The drive-thru experience was terrible. If you're really hungry, be ready to wait a long time. I was there with only two cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I don't understand why I waited that long. This happened about a month ago, and I won't make that mistake again, that's for sure. Book a table now
The burgers here are delicious, juicy, and loaded with cheese. The seasoned fries are fantastic as well. Just keep in mind that seating is only available outdoors, and there are no restroom facilities on-site. However, there's a McDonald's right next door if you need to use a restroom.
I ordered two fish sandwiches, fries, two drinks, and two apple pies. The fish was decent, but the fries were really tasty. The milkshake was consistently good, and I would rate the apple pies a solid 9 out of 10.
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly twenty minutes, and when I finally received my food, the hamburger was cold. If I could give this place a zero rating, I definitely would!
The mozzarella sticks were burnt and overcooked. There were no napkins or sauce included in the bag. By the time my funnel cake fries were ready, the burger was cold. Book a table now
The cheese on my cheeseburger wasn’t melted, but the service was quick and very friendly. The fountain coke was really great!
