First of all, I partially blame the company as a whole for FALSE ADVERTISING with their tenders. Nothing ever looks like the photo I guess, but there's ZERO similarities other than the pepper sprinkled throughout batter.. Now whatever tenders these are have most definitely sat for HOURS and then redipped to be hot. You cannot tell me otherwise. I waited 20 minutes for my food today, AFTER ordering. I didn't mind waiting. I was polite and thanked the woman at the window. I didn't complain or cause a scene like some people would. I stopped by for a quick snack and was really impressed. The person at the drive-thru was very courteous, the food was hot and fresh, and they even added some extra fries to my bag before handing it to me. This Checkers location is significantly better than the one near my home, which is why I haven't visited Checkers in over three years.
It's 930pm when I go thru the drive thru, all the lights are off when me and my mother pull up and there's 4 employees just standing outside. I call the store and a female employee answers. I ask if they are open and she tells me they are. We go back to go thru the drive thru and there are now 5 employees just standing outside

workers we climb in and out of the windows were careless, they were just standing around or talking to friends who didn't work there. Never has anyone taken his command while I am in the car thru, I will never be back and my family also not.
The drive-thru service was very slow, and the staff member I encountered was quite rude. When I asked a simple question, her response was abrupt and unpleasant. However, the gentleman who prepared my fries was friendly and courteous.
Had loaded fries for the first time. Was a disappointed as the were soggy not crisp. The taste was good in flavor but not as good a their burgers.

They serve the best burgers I've ever tasted. I highly recommend trying the Baconzilla!
