There was only one disabled parking spot available, and unfortunately, it was occupied by a non-disabled vehicle. I parked in a different spot and assisted my disabled client to a bench, only to see a veteran with disabilities struggling to reach his car, unable to use the handicap parking. I went to speak with the manager to report the situation, only to find out that the car in the handicapped spot belonged to him! He had parked there for his own convenience, which is unacceptable. He should receive a ticket and fine for this, and honestly, I believe he should be fired as well. I won’t even mention the homeless individual sleeping nearby.
