I want to give this location a NEGATIVE 10 stars!!!! Unreal how terrible this small order of fries were. The crease was so black 3 guys were looking at the fry station at 1 time. I told them after they made my order over its the crease and someone is going to get sick. I didnt want to be labeled as the black hungry woman so I didn't request a refund or say how I really felt. I would not advice you to visit this location. I pray someone does get food poison. Look how brown the crease is on my fingers.. And it was 5cars ahead of me. They need to close down and clean all the crease!!! And employees
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and honestly, I want a refund. I placed my order and then waited 20 minutes at the pickup window. When one of the employees finally served the person behind me, she asked for my order. I repeated what I had ordered and then waited another 20 minutes. Due to time constraints, I had to eat in my car on the way back to Indianapolis. The food was really disappointing, and I only received half of my order. Most of the food ended up in a trash can in Kentucky. Overall, the service and food were awful.
Horrible..2nd trip in 2 weeks. 1st one.. they was closed promised free meal..2nd trip .... no free meal.. had to drive away from drive thru cause they are on timers.. was told they bring me my meal... after 6 mins..motioned me to come to the other dive thru to get my meal. To get out of my car.. not hand it to me..... on top.. no sweet tea...pathetic.. it was 2 years since last visit.... never be back.. i did the online complaint with checkers since the India call center couldn't spell my name right much less anything else
A meal ordered by DoorDash, which came with a drink, pommes and chicken tsartes. I only have the chicken pliers. At first I was not too upset, I worked in the food industry itself and made mistakes with DoorDash orders. However, if I call to give them a head (not even complaining) and not to receive an answer four or five times, I immediately changed my opinion entirely about the situation. Would recommend everyone; a better experience with WingStop or another place worth much more your time and money.

If it's good? GREAT! If it's bad? Somehow everything I got today was cold ice. Cheese on burgers didn't melt at all. Patience to touch cold. Fries cold SOPPING cold with cheese like 3 times the cheese with 10 pommes. In 20 minutes. I'm not picky, but a cold at the touching burgers with cold cheese is rough. Other times I was really impressed, so I'm not sure what's going on. It seems 50/50 without in between?. Sorta leans to 40/60. I'll give him a last shot of Cuz if it's good. Oh, had no ice cream.

Eating was excellent. really. we were surprised. I would give it six stars. but the service was so incredibly slow that it was almost unbearable. like 20 minutes in the take-out line with only 2 cars in front of them. so slow, and then he was wrong, so we had to wait again. but they were extremely apologetic and even gave us more offers for our problems. but as I said. eating was really good. we had chickens and pommes. surprisingly good. and we are picky. another shot.

I arrived at 7:45. There were 4 employees outside. A drive was closed. You had no menu. Then one said. We're closed. There were also employees. This is bad business practices. I was lazy. Close is 11:00 on the website. I think a lot of staff. Who the manager was should be questioned.
