So rude, went to pick up an order for doordash and got told the order wasn?t there tried to ask them to double check maybe the system, cause I can?t proceed MY WORK if he?s not willing to cooperate, got window slammed in my face and the employee started going out thru the back door to hand out orders just to ignore me. Which made 0 sense to me cause he could?ve just been polite and said he double checked, to maybe check thru my end or something(which I did), and the order was definitely placed there. I came around 1:45 am on 7/30. The light skin woman with dreads was very pleasant, but the manager was very rude. The manager i am referring to is the light skinned man in the red shirt with baby dreads. Unable to hear anything at the speaker due to very heavy rain so i was forced to pull up to window. When i get to the window this gentleman proceeds to tell me that i should have placed my order at the speaker (obviously) and that i need to speak up because there is someone correctly placing their order in the headset and he cant hear me. Is it really so difficult to be just nice to your customers? Maybe not. All employees are as miserable condescending as the young man on the photo I have attached here. He?s sure, rub the wrong way with his slick remarks that you won? not catch on the first thought until you realize behind the fake customer service voice that you are insulted. He is also arrogant, proud of learning if you do not approve his attitude. He didn't want to give me his name so I could talk to him like he said? s up there on the reviews already to find his name there. I will not recommend this place to anyone, I have won?t back, nor will I accept any eat pickups from this place EVER Again!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight at around 10:34 PM. The customer service was both rude and rushed over the speaker. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order. I had ordered a large garlic parmesan loaded fry and a big loaded fry, but when I got home, I found a chicken fry box and a hot dog instead. I need to contact corporate immediately and I'm currently searching for their phone numbers and emails. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I doubt anyone will answer the phones.

Why the last 2 weeks i come here around 10 or 11 pm and im being told their only doing uber eats and door dash orders? Meanwhile the employees are outside smoking and standing around. On this particular night after telling me abd 4 other cars they weren'ttakiing our order. My sister gets off her shift at taco bell and tells me she just ordered from the same checkers in drive thru.These people are unprofessional and turning away customers to smoke.....this is unacceptable and someone needs to report thislocation
Drive thru man on the speaker. Veeeerrry nasty. Not nice customer service at all. I wait 2 minutes for someone to come to speaker. I order . Dont get total. Drive to window and wait for 2 minutes while the workers were talking and 2 running aroundlaughing chasing eachother. Finally 1 come to window and says we cant find your order what is it. So i had to re order and ittake 8 minutws before ready. They ask me to pull up so drive thru time dont go up. I was confused and waited way longer than ishould have
During a recent visit, despite being told that there were four other cars ahead of me, my order was still mixed up. My sister, who works at Taco Bell, mentioned she had just ordered from the same drive-thru registers without any problems. The unprofessional behavior of the staff is disappointing, and it's frustrating to see them smoking while customers are waiting. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe it needs to be reported.
I wish I could give this place negative stars. This is the second time I've ordered from this location, and something has been missing each time. First, I didn't receive my milkshake, and tonight I was missing my funnel fries. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau because it's unacceptable to take someone's money without providing the product or a refund.
