Came in yesterday with wife and son around noon (Sat. July 11, 2022). Place was moderately busy but started getting busier close to 12:30. If you haven't been to a Cheeseburger Bobby's it's basically a burger bar with other menu items. When we entered we were greeted by cheerful staff. The young guy at the counter (Blake) was professional and very friendly, and quickly took our order. We got our drink cups and sat to wait for our burgers. Burgers came out in about 5 minutes, and everything was cooked to perfection. I had the Bobby's burger, just a basic burger, with some fries. The burger was fresh and had the perfect amount of tenderness and moisture. The fries were fried to an awesome gold...
Love how they make you feel welcomed at home. They use angus beef, cut the fries fresh all the veggies you can think of, on the veggie bar, to make your burger your way. Do you see how pretty green that lettuce is. Perfection. It was so fresh it looked like they just picked it from the garden. The bun was soft. They offer a variety of fry seasoning. The condiments are dispensed from a pump you can put it right on your food, onto the paper on your metal tray or into a cup. The drink area was clean tidy. Very clean establishment nice staff. Plus they have an app to earn rewards.
It?s a burger bar!!! They fix your meat and you do the toppings! It?s attached to bojangles so don?t be confused there is no drive thru. The seating is set up nicely great for kids families and friends. I enjoyed the out door seating. It?s covered with about 4-5 tables and a trash can outside. There are gloves and hand sanitizer available for you as well. I had a cheese burger and was curious about the onion rings so the cook through one in my fry batch! Very nice customer service. It is located in a great area, lots of shopping and entertainment in close proximity.

I’ve been to other Bobby’s locations but this one for sure is the best! Had a great time here staff was very nice and helpful! Every item we ordered had great taste and flavor. I don’t live in the area but I will definitely come back here if I’m around food was fresh and tasteful! Salad bar was clean and organized every product was fresh and place overall was clean and organized! Recommended place for sure!
Great food, clean, professional, friendly, I do not choose a bungalow- there are so many options of salad chopped or leaf, pickles dill or sweet, onion red or yellow, tomatoes, sauces- it makes me feel how I can have a healthy option with a touch of guilty delicious frits. Chicken sandwich was moist and tasteful. The place was clean!!! Pretty fast service for food made for you - nothing prefabricated!!!

I don't live in the area, but I will definitely come back when I? m around food was fresh and tasteful! Love this place! I ate here about 2 weeks ago and the service was great not one thing I could complain about. Eating here today, the food is always FRESH!! No hard fries or overcooked food. Eating here feels actually normal like before covid came around. The team members all work together really good and you can tell! I love going here because they are always on top of everything ? A

That was such a delicious experience. I got the mushroom and Swiss burger and my friend got the bucket list (feeded chili) would definitely get it back. Max was also great and very welcoming!
Ok better than mcdonalds but not as good as freddies or five guys. I like the self serve condiments and toppings but burgers were dry and flavorless.
