Definitely an off night. When we arrived right on time for our reservation noticed it had been crossed off the list. Waitress joked about it as there were several open tables. Service was very poor. Here with 2 of our grandchildren. Their meals were delivered in a short amount of time. After 45 minutes had to ask if they were ever going t deliver adult meals. Obviously something was screwed up but after 10 more minutes finally got the rest of the meals. The food was okay but the whole night was not normal. Had to use both men’s and ladies rooms. Both were disgusting. Such a disappointment! Used to be such a great place.
I ordered the white meat tangerine chicken and General Tso's chicken, and I found it to be significantly better than the fast food Chinese options nearby. The food is quite tasty! The only downside is that they frequently use MSG in their dishes, but you can request meals without it. Additionally, they offer a steamed vegetarian menu, which is a nice option that doesn't include MSG.
So I went to Chen Square, Sunday night 1/28/24 for dinner and I had sashimi. In the middle of the night going into Monday morning I woke up with massive diarrhea and vomiting and I’ve been sick ever since. I reported it to them today and all they could do was say they’re sorry. Reported it to the health department today and will never eat there at work again!
Whether you dine in or take out, in my experience the food is always good (although I think it is more pleasant to eat in). Last time I dined the food was piping hot and they gave us free fried noodles and sauce to start. The waitress also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend for sure!

We ordered takeout. My husband had General Tso (white meat). He couldn’t even eat it. It was tough and difficult to chew. I tried it and experienced the same. My sushi roll had little taste. Very surprising, as we’ve always had good food here.
I have ordered from here many times. Today when I opened the egg drop soup container, it had a long black hair in it. I doubt I will ever order from here again. Disgusting.
Servings were very good size wise. The General Tsao chicken was very sweet but not spicy. That was a dissapointment. All else was ok.
Great customer service. Very well organized. Food very good love the house special fried rice ?. And all at a very good
