I had a great dining experience at a Sichuan restaurant in China Town. The twice-cooked pork was especially delicious, with authentic flavors in dishes like the taste chicken, fried kidney, and lotus cabbage. The boiled pork slices were average, but the meal was still satisfying. A cup of milk tea after dinner was the perfect way to finish off the meal. The service was prompt and attentive, earning a 4 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, with a cozy ambiance. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a lunch outing, with prices per person ranging from $20 to $30.
This restaurant used to be my favorite one before the pandemic of COVID-19. The new opened one does not carry the authentic Chinese Sichuan style cooking, and is replaced by a taste of PF Chang. This may not be bad for most Americans but for Chinese or those Americans who drive all the way to this restaurant for an authentic Chinese taste, it is disappointing. The waitresses are not well trained. My rice was brought to my table with her thumb touching the rice. The atmosphere is still quite nice and you can order your meal by scanning an image on the table.
I don't have much to say about this restaurant. I appreciated being able to place my order over the phone. The toothpick lamb was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The green beans had an excessive amount of Szechuan peppers. The service was okay. Overall, it was an average dining experience for dinner, with prices ranging from $50 to $100 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 3 out of 5.
I tried the pickled pepper frog dish at this restaurant tonight, but was disappointed to find that there were no pickled peppers in it at all. Instead, the dish was just a box full of cucumbers. While cucumbers are a common side dish, having only cucumbers in the box was a letdown. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

The food was absolutely horrible. You could tell immediately it’s not fresh. I came here once before Covid and it was fine but don’t know what happened to them. Also the service was bad too. The waitress literally threw the dish on the table. Do not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
The Sichuan cuisine at this restaurant was excellent and authentic. When I brought friends from Sichuan here, they commented that the restaurant would be successful in their hometown. Overall, the food received a rating of 5, the service a rating of 4, and the atmosphere a rating of 4.
