Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. Walked in to the pickup counter. No other Customer was there. A black guy with the Afro with a hair pick stuffed in the back of his hair and a heavy set woman with a black ponytail who was either mixed race or Latino were behind counter holding a conversation with each other while he was putting some things away and she was making a drink. Both looked at me and said several times and said nothing. No someone will be right with you nothing. A few minutes later she says are you picking up No hello or anything. the coffee is so much better tasted than the competitor. limited to offered on the drink card, but what is offered is good and rich in coffee drinks and refreshing and tasteful on the tea mixed drinks. there are many offers on baked goods that are all delicious to combine with their drink. service is friendly; and friendly if they are a regular paraglider. I had to wait until my order was completed while others went back to have their full before me. I love the coffee here, but probably not out of my way for a return trip.

cashier doubted my ability to pay, my son and I bought a few. she followed my son two separate transactions because I took some oj and hard boiled egg and I went to sit with my wife. my son paid the rest of the order with my visa card!

this coffee? customer service is really bad. does not fit on customer order too much to talk to the co-work. I didn't get the job I put. I wanted to come back, but it was hard to get a parking lot.
