The first time we went to Chez Hugo we had high expectations due to tripadvisor and we weren't disappointed. One of the brothers who owns it is the chef and the other is the front of house. The front of house brother was a little arrogant at first, but I have to admit he had every right to be, as everything we had was excellent. So much so that we returned for lunch again a few days later (he remembered us and was very welcoming the second time around: I think he just has a dry sense of humour! :o)) All of his staff are really friendly.The views over the village and surrounding countryside are stunning and the inside is really nice too: rustic and cave-like. We came with my spouse on Sunday, July 16 for dinner at Chez Hugo. We found this restaurant looking for internet. The frame is very pretty! As many comments say, the dishes are very good, which I also confirm. We ate very well! In addition, I strongly advise Hugo Spritz as an aperitif, thanks to the waiter for this suggestion! The only small point a little less well would be the rate I find a little high. Why not propose a menu? Otherwise everything is very good!
This is our go-to restaurant if we want to eat out. The food quality is consistently excellent and the menu changes to reflect the seasonal availability of products. I love the freshness of the salad! My only gripe is that last time we were there, the waitstaff forgot the San Pellegrino water we ordered but we still got charged for it. It wasn't particularly busy at that time and I don't know how could he forget it.
Wow the food here is amazing!We had lunch here twice whilst staying in Seillans and on both occasions the food, service and location were fantastic.Wish we had more visits and thank you to all the staff for happy memories.Strongly recommend and will definitely return for more.

We came a noon, the service was very pleasant and the incredible kitchen! The restaurant terrace is tastefully decorated, dishes worked with seasonal suggestions!
