chez ly in neuilly is somewhere between first-class and local Chinese restaurants. decor is stylish but old world with trim, red touch, beautiful bouquet. my nems, Thai salad, spicy garnel, crawling were good, but not first class. fortunately, the courts were less salty than the bill.
