Croyez moi, je suis très critique en ce qui concerne la pizza. D 'où ma surprise sur la qualité de la pâte et de la sauce tomate. Le chef n 'a pas lésiné sur la qualité de sa farine c 'est indéniable !!! Et le secret de sa sauce est certainement bien gardé.. vraiment délicieuse et très gustative ! Un conseil, passez l 'étape de cette petite devanture et retrouvez vous à l 'arrière du restaurant au pied des montagnes avec un petit verre de rosée et le joli sourire de la petite serveuse. Gentillesse assurée de tout le personnel, merci chef ! Excellente votre pizza de l 'été . La prochaine fois on essaie la cuisine réunionnaise de madame sur réservation, je suis certaine qu 'elle est tout aussi...
