This is the only restaurant in the vicinity of montseron, two miles away, where we rented a gite. Plus, everyone gets a smooth, soup, we had the menu of 24 euros with a nice tour humilios. We didn't save the dessert, but coffee instead of dessert was no problem. What we noticed was that when they found out that we were really trying to talk to them, they became much more chatty/friendly.
in a small village in ariège, a café that doesn't pay for a mine, with a crowded restaurant on Thursday of June; 12 euros !!!! for a simple meal but with fresh products from the entrance to the dessert ; super friendly staff, quick service despite the affluence. the top in simplicity and authenticity;

Table authentique avec son incontournable soupe ! Tout le charme d'une salle un peu désuète mais où l'ambiance est appréciée ainsi que ses plats de terroir.
