The food was amazing. Customer service fair. My server charged us for a kids meal when on Wednesdays kids eat free. Otherwise, I enjoyed my fried fish, mac n cheese, greens, yams and corn bread. The others in my party got the traditional meal which waschicken with waffles. The fish was fried to perfection; crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Yum Yum, those wafflesare the best...buttery n soft,Ahhh!!! Each dish was cooked with love?? AND the ambience is superb brick walls and dim lightswith a cool breeze. Bring a jacket)
Is there a "love" button? I ordered The Saint, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Without a doubt, it's the best fried chicken I've ever tasted! Plus, it's a fantastic value at around $10 per plate with generous portions. I will definitely be back!
The service was great, exquisite, and the jazz band was a winning touch. A nice place to rent out for a party or just bring someone special. You won't feel over dressed or under dressed- just right at home.

I drove 5 hours to get to this place. And it was worth it. The waiter was the best the food was great the place is nice and clean. Can't wait to go back
The food is still very very good. It wasn't too busy! I wish they served alcohol and I'd come more often... hint hint... wink.... wink
The food is fantastic, but it's best not to call ahead to place an order, and it's not the place to visit if you're in a rush.
