Typically I love this Chick-fil-A but recently the food hasn't been the best quality. I used to go twice a week for breakfast but recently a few of my breakfast orders haven't been that great. The hash browns were soggy and on my chicken biscuit, the biscuit was doughy, and the chicken didn't taste fully cooked. Then today I got in the line which was a little long but usually with it that long I might wait 15 or 20 minutes tops. However, today I waited 45 minutes in the line and I always do a mobile order. Then when I got home to eat my spicy chicken sandwich tasted like rubber and I couldn't enjoy it so I just threw it away. I was very disappointed especially after waiting 45 minutes in lin...
Worst service at a chik-fil-a I have ever had.Waited at speaker for 7 minutes as the express mobile line let many cars through...Ordered a number 5, persons kept repeating the order wrong. After a long wait to get to the window. I asked them to repeat the order again and they had it completely wrong again. Finally got it placed and then after taking the money, they wanted me to pull around to the parking lot and wait even more!She said they were out of egg and had to make more. They weee out because so many other cars went around me...Told her I was not waiting any more and to give me my money back. Will not return again...
Moved here from Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately this location also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it's busy sometimes but it's delicious so of course it's going to be popular. I've skipped the long lines now by ordering on the app and that helps tremendously. Nothing like a great sandwich and frosted coffee at the end of a long work day! Keep up the great work! Customer for life.
Order food for delivery for company meeting. Food showed up an hour and twenty minutes late and cold, no utensils, no sauce, not sure which of these teas are sweet or unsweetened. They thought I was picking it up when the receipt shows delivery and a time. Closer to lunch when we got our food and the meeting was over. I called them, nobody cares.
