Went to this location for a quick bite to eat on the 20th. When I got home my sandwich’s were cold and fries tasted like they were sitting around for quite a while. Called to get my money back and the team lead who also referred to themselves as the manager told me she couldn’t give me my money back. Called another time this evening and got the run around again from the Team Lead Angel. Who ever owns this location should think about selling it. You are doing a terrible job. The landscaping is horrid and I’ve been to McDonald’s that are tidier than this. Really unsatisfied with my drive through visit. It took over 40 minutes because they wouldn't send someone out to redirect the line couldn't keep moving. I went in after the 40 minutes and told the manager gabi how long I waited and now I have cold food. She said sorry and that's all, I told her she wasn't sorry because if she was she would have TRIED to make it right but she didn't at all. So no I won't be back due to the poor staff. They didn't secure my lids on my cups so obviously they both spilled in the floor board of my car thanks. Get some new staff and manager.
This has always been my favorite Chick-fil-A. The service, and the attitude of the employees have steadily gone downhill. They don't ask you if you want any sauces, or dressings for nuggets or salads anymore. Today, the girl in the Drive-Thru window, just about threw my food and drinks at me, then closed the window. I had to get her attention to ask for dressing and sauces.

The sweet tea is quite disappointing. I've tried it several times throughout the day, and I'm not sure if it's due to the staff, but it tastes more like sugary water with just a hint of what tea used to be. I'm really let down. This used to be one of my favorite spots, but lately, the tea has lost all its flavor.
This was the worst Chick Fil A experience I've ever had, the lady taking our order in the drive thru was extremely rude. We got there 2 minutes before 10:30 and tried ordering chicken sandwiches which she replied we have to wait till 10:30 exactly. We ordered and waited 40 minutes for our food. Very disappointed
Ever since new renovations this is the second time going and they have got my order wrong. I order the most simple thing, 8 nuggets instead I receive 3 spicy strips. I've called the store more than 4 times to let them know they don't answer. If you go to this chick fil a check your order before pulling off!
Consistently forget sauces, straws, etc. Every time I get carry-out here, I’m already standing back in line because I know they forgot my sauce.Food is below par for Chick-Fil-A standards.General Manager and team need to get it together.

they are alway friendly and fast to take their order and give them to eat. I always get a 6 piece grilled chicken and waffel fries with chick felt a sosty and a limonade. it is always fresh and tasty.
We need more workers like evelyne! She was so pleasant and apologetic for the wait due to short staffing
