First all I gave an extra star because I realize it was still lunch rush . I went in quickly to grab a coke zero. Now there are like 3 cashiers outside . Why is there only one register open inside? I waited for at least 5 minutes before giving up andleaving. As I was leaving the line inside the store was wrapping around. Why could you ask an associate to open quickly to taketwo or three orders? Also it would be appreciate if next time cashier would say I will be with you as soon as possible. Therefore , we the line could feel a knowledge if we going be waiting for awhile.

This location does not give the meal card with cookie purchase. It would be nice to know before you purchase. When asked at the window the kids act as if they never heard such a thing. Well they do it literally every other store in the area. Not worth a 11min wait in line for fast food. Also the ice at this location is different. Find another store there is one five miles in away.
My initial experience wasn't great, but thanks to an outstanding manager named Taylor, it turned around completely. Their dedication to understanding the situation and ensuring the appropriate training and coaching took place made all the difference between losing a customer and gaining a lifelong one. I’m looking forward to returning for my next weekend breakfast!

As I have said before it's all about location. While Chick-fil-A is a franchise establishment and needs to follow the rules accordingly as outlined by Headquarters... this locations food was at the top of the list. Cooked to perfection!! The quality of my order canceled the unfortunate parking mishap.

Wow, I waited for 45 minutes. It was total chaos. When I finally received our shakes, they were more like soup after sitting on a table outside. They took orders quicker than they could actually serve them. There was clearly no effective system in place.
