My coworker and I have been frequenting this Chick-Fil-A location three times a week for the past 3-4 months, typically spending around $90 each week. We consistently order the same two salads, yet nearly every time, there’s an issue with our order. This is the only location where I've encountered such problems. My salad is pretty standard—I substitute the chicken and omit the cheese—but somehow they still can’t seem to get it right. It’s frustrating that they’re willing to risk losing a loyal customer over such errors. It feels like they don't care about the mistakes, and to make matters worse, some team members have been quite rude, even though they are the ones who have made the errors. A...
I would give them zero stars if I could, but I had to select one. They messed up our order, and when we called to let them know, they tried to blame us for the error. They refused to issue a refund unless we returned to the restaurant. We agreed to come back, and they seemed surprised that we were following through to get a refund for their mistake. After being treated so rudely for something that wasn't my fault, I can't understand why I would want to give this business any of my money. All I wanted was for them to handle their mistake fairly. I won’t be returning to this location again!
Wow! I had the best service ever at this restaurant. The prices are very reasonable! The chicken was the best I’ve ever tasted, truly outstanding. This was my first visit, and the food was delicious and fresh. Although there were lines, everything was quick and accurate! I’ve never experienced such efficiency before. I will definitely keep coming back here instead of anywhere else. I’m incredibly impressed, and that's not easy to achieve! Fast, friendly, accurate, and affordable—it's hard to find all of that in one place.
Chick-fil-A consistently delivers a great experience. This particular location tends to get quite busy, but they have a highly efficient system that allows for quick service. In my last few visits, the food hasn't been quite as consistently outstanding as usual, but it still surpasses other fast food options in the area.

Literally drive thrus always full with loads of people and you still serve cold fries??? They take 2 minutes to fry why can?t you guys ever serve fresh fries goodness, I wish Dan Cathy were still alive, standards are so low at cfa these days
I always love my Chick-fil-A moments. The service is always amazing, the food is delicious, it's fast. Can we get more milkshake flavors though, I feel like I will son start looking like a cookie and cream.
