I went to buy a foot-long sub and broccoli soup. The young lady informed me that they were out of broccoli soup. When I asked for vegetables, I noticed the tomatoes were soggy and the lettuce was mostly the white part. I had to insist that she go through the tomatoes to find some decent ones. I paid in cash, but she didn’t have change for my $12 bill; the guy she asked for help only offered her five dollars. I'm really frustrated with all the issues I encountered. When I expressed my concerns, the young lady rudely told me it wasn't her fault and walked away to the kitchen. We've supported this business for a long time, but we won't be returning.
The woman who took our order was quite rude and impatient, behaving as if there was a long line behind us when, in fact, there was no one waiting either inside or in the parking lot. This made my fiancé lose her appetite for the sandwich I ordered. I had also planned to order two additional sandwiches for myself for later in the day, but I felt uncomfortable and decided against it out of concern for inconveniencing her.
I usually visit the Subway on Mission that’s nearest to my home, but recently the service has been awful. I often have to wait in my car for at least 15 minutes at the drive-thru. The staff doesn’t seem to care about my convenience. When I place my order, I find myself having to repeat it more than three times. Because of their poor service, I've had to start going to a different Subway location.
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location because of the unkind demeanor of a short woman with tattoos on both arms, who seems to be the manager. She and the other employees consistently appeared to be overcharging and had a negative attitude, particularly during the lunch rush. It's evident that this restaurant needs new management.

I really love Subway! There's never a wait, the variety is great, and the food is healthy. I go to this restaurant at least once a week, and they also have coupons available. By signing up with my email, I get weekly discounts. I always enjoy coming here!
This is undoubtedly one of the BEST Subways I've ever visited! I've been here often, and each time my sandwich is AMAZING! It's always freshly made and customized just the way I like it. The staff is very polite and friendly!
I was having lunch at this restaurant when I saw a fly hovering over the uncovered meat and vegetables. The staff didn’t seem to notice it or close the glass lid. I won’t be returning there.
The new recipes seem to have fallen short. While the food remains good, fresh, and delicious, it lacks any sense of innovation.
