This place is totally a disaster when it comes to customer service. Employees here don't have any customer service urgency. Today as we were ordering our meal I noticed the lack of enthusiasm from the cashier, the employees on the kitchen playing around and moving at a slow pace to do their job. After we order and sat down, I noticed the cashier suddenly stepped away from the front and went to horse around with the employees in the kitchen. He had a line of 4 customers and that didn't seemed to bother him. The customer waiting to place his order was upset and it took several minutes to get someone else to take the order. My husband and myself decided to go eat at McDonald's because we already had a bad experience at dennys early this morning. The lady in the front counter was very unprofessional and rude to my husband since my husband asked for creamer instead they gave us butter. So he asked again for creamer the lady rolled her eyes and sighed shaking her head like ok sir. She comes back with butter again instead of creamer. I think she needs a little more training on the differences between butter and creamer. And her people skills.

You need to improve your Service! They give me my order short, when I call back to complain the Lady manager was kind of rude asking questions regarding my order (maybe they have a lot of work). I was not happy going back to get my nuggets! By the way, the Quarter pounders we eat, taste very good.

Worst mcdonald's ever for overnight workers. I have come here several times on my lunch break. Tonight I sat waiting in the drive thru and no one responded. So I drove around and the employee is just sitting there talking and not working. Do not wasteyour time trying to get food here overnight.

Always giving me the wrong order. Today I ordered 2 spicy Mcchicken, Large fries and a Mocca Frappe. I did got the Frappe and the Fries. But they instead give me 2 kids meal cheeseburgers and 10pc nuggets. So I eat the kids meal at my work. Although the recipe said what I really order.
