I ordered in the drive through, 2 meals and 2 ice cream cones. I sat in line and got my meals and she said ok have a great day your all set! So I drove up ans my daughter said what about my ice cream?? So I parked and went inside. Once I entered the atmosphere was nothing like the other chick fil a I've been to. There were 2 ladies standing at the counter waiting to be served while one girl was literally in front of them not even looking and about 4 others passed and finally someone asked if they had been helped, which she said NO. The food at this restaurant is okay if you like Chick-fil-A in general. Personally, I think Zaxby's or PDQ has better fast food chicken. The children's meal is disappointing, as the chicken bugs are very small. This location is a nightmare for traffic, as one employee accepted an order from a truck blocking the entrance to the parking lot, causing a traffic jam. Numerous near-accidents occurred as people tried to navigate around the blocked vehicles. It's a chaotic mess, especially for anyone coming from Sam or trying to find a link to Chick-fil-A. Parking and ordering inside is not much better, as getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge. Overall, a terrible experience.
The food and customer service at Chick-fil-A are both good. However, I gave it a two-star rating because the drive-thru is very unsafe. I didn't even use the drive-thru, but when I tried turning into Sam's, I was held up for 15 minutes because of the traffic trying to get to Chick-fil-A. The way traffic is directed needs to be improved and fixed as it is causing congestion all the way out to the main street.
Tim, the assistant, helped me so much with my order. He was incredible and all the smiles ready to help. In any case, back to this place will only be due to its incredible customer service and kindness. I spent over $60 and my order was completely messed up. The cashier was chatting so much that she couldn't get my order right. To make matters worse, I felt like one of the employees was accusing me of lying about an ice cream cone because she couldn’t read the receipt clearly. I'm very disappointed!
This is the second most busting chick I had. It is always packed when I go with a line that extends around the building and into the Dale-Mabry. It is creepy as you can be in the back of the line and handed over your food 15-20 minutes later when it is so ridiculously busy.
I give this restaurant a perfect 5 stars! I typically order the crabs, but this time I tried something different. The wait in line was surprisingly quick and the food was consistently delicious.
I was very surprised to have a mistake made on my order. Asked for a deluxe with bacon got a deluxe with cheese. Took the cheese off and enjoyed the sandwich and those delicious waffle fries.

As always, the service was excellent. The food was just as fantastic as I remember. Although the drive-thru line was quite long, I only had one person ahead of me inside.
Five stars! I always order the ****, but it rained! The wait was really quick! The food is always excellent!
