So disappointed by my experience at this brentwood location today. I did a mobile carryout order of a grilled sandwich, adding 2 slices of Colby jack because that was my favorite order when I used to work at the sunset hills CFA location. My order was ready immediately and I checked it but the chicken wasn 't hot. It was room temperature. I had worked with the quality and food safety at CFA so I knew this grilled chicken wasn 't the correct temperature. It wasn 't even hot to the touch and didn 't even begin to melt the cheese. I mentioned so to the employees at the front counter, and they seemed confused. I politely waited for them to offer to remedy the situation with a new grilled chicken...
Shirley the cashier. Complete lack of customer service. She asked me to speak up and kept shaking her head at everything I ordered on the menu. She tried telling me my sandwich dosn’t come with pepper jack cheese but on the Menu behind her said otherwise. When asked for light ice in my drink she rolled her eyes smirked again and laughed. Even at the end of check out after I said thank you, she couldn’t even give me a “my pleasure”. She lacks chick fila morals and respect for the franchise. What a disappointment. I don't understand how they get your order wrong and feel like just giving you what you ordered is sufficient. Nevermind the inconvenience of getting all the way home and having the wrong food. No drink or cookie just to say sorry for the inconvenience. Actually the 2nd worse Chick-fil-A I have been to. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
