This Chick-fil-A consistently has poor food quality compared to other locations in the Tampa Bay area. Once again, they messed up my order, which has become an expected occurrence at this particular restaurant. I'm honestly surprised when they manage to get my order right, as it happens so infrequently. To make matters worse, I found a booger and a hair on one of my chicken minis. Every other Chick-fil-A nearby is excellent, but for some reason, this one on 4th St. in St. Petersburg has been declining for years. It’s absolutely disgusting. Corporate should look into this location, as it’s tarnishing their name and reputation.
It might have been due to it being Saturday, but what a chaotic experience! There were plenty of employees around, including someone who seemed to be a supervisor—Damien or Dominic, I’m not sure—but they were unhelpful. None of them were managing the traffic, and cars were all over the place. This was far from the usual experience, and it was so disorganized that I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll gladly drive a bit farther to visit another store.
I recently ordered the Egg White Grill breakfast sandwich here twice, and I have to say it's quite disappointing. The size of the chicken has really shrunk over the years. I wonder if this is a nationwide trend? While the sandwich is still decent, I feel like I'm tasting more muffin than chicken these days!
This will be the first and last time we visit this restaurant. I ordered my meal and waited 7 minutes, only to see people who ordered after me getting their food first. When my order finally arrived, it was soggy and greasy. No thanks! I really don't understand why people are dressing up for this place.

What is going on? I ordered a large fry, but it looks smaller than the medium fry every single time. Why is that? Please fill the container with fries instead of just a few. Also, I keep missing sauces and cookies. Can you at least make sure to fill the fries properly? Come on!
First and last time coming here. Ordered my food, waited 7 mins while I watched people who ordered after me get there food first. Receive my food and it?s soggy and greasy. No thanks. I don?t see why people line up for this place.
The quality control has noticeably declined. I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week. Some days the food is delightful, while other days it is disappointing and inedible.
I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A Nuggets! The food is not only tasty, but it's also a fantastic value for the price. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a large fries, but it was less than half full. I'm really disappointed with this.
The chicken tortilla soup is outstanding, and the fruit cup is delightful too.
