Everyone who works at this location has been a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond for every single person they meet. Saying 'My Pleasure ' at the end just makes it even better. Love chick-fil-a at Kent island!! We went there today for cow appreciation day and we always go through the drive through but today we went inside and it was very nice! Staff was very nice and manager was awesome!! He gave me 5 gift cards all because we waited for the cow to come back and I wasn't even upset and he still wanted to give me 5 free gift cards just for the inconvenience for us to come back or to wait!! They rock!!! It was also very clean in there for it being the most crowded day of the year!!
What a fantastic place and experience! After only having a short wait in the drive thru, we were completely shocked when we arrived to the window to pay for our meal and they said it was complimentary! Excellent customer service Chick-Fil-A, We will absolutely be coming back!
