I 've been to this location and have given them chance after chance, time and time again. One time when I went thorough the drive through, they got my order wrong and this was after telling me to drive around and park to wait for my order (which is what they do frequently whether they are busy or not). Another time, I witness the employee walk through the door starting work proceeding behind the counter without washing her hands. I tell the person at the window that the person did not wash her hands. He tells me Our employees are required to wash their hands. That has nothing to do with what I just saw happen. I usually get a chicken sandwich with a chicken soup instead of the pommes. the sandwich was good, but the suppe tasted pampered. it is not the kind of person to take the food, because so I will throw it away. next, I'm just not going to buy.
This place is always full, but the service is quick...drive thru and inside. Staff here works very hard to meet your expectations. The chicken in its variety is very good, hats off to chick-fil-a.
